There are 2 ways to do so:
We will interview tutors who meet your needs and are interested in the job to see if they are a good fit.
We will recommend the most suitable tutor to you. There is no obligation to accept the tutor, if you are not satisfied.
After you have confirmed the tutor, a date for the first lesson will be set, for you to meet your tutor!
You’ll receive a WhatsApp’s confirmation, or email, with the tutor’s contact information.
If you need to reschedule the first lesson or provide additional details about the student, feel free to contact the tutor directly. Otherwise, no further action is needed.

Yes. If the tutor isn’t a good fit, contact us for a replacement. There is no penalty for changing tutors. We’ll find another tutor for your child.
For example, if a tutor charges $30 per hour and has completed 4 hours of lessons before your request, you would pay $120. You only need to pay Jo Tutors for the lessons conducted. We’ll handle payment with the tutor.
Payment is due at the end of 4 weeks. You will pay Jo Tutors 50% of the first month’s tuition fee, and the remaining 50% directly to the tutor. For subsequent payments, you’ll pay the tutor in full.
If the assignment ends before 4 weeks, you’ll pay Jo Tutors the full amount incurred. We’ll handle the payment to the tutor.
Payment can be made via bank transfer to POSB Savings account 405-14295-3 or PayNow to handphone number: 81765863.
