We distribute flyers to promote our services and encourage parents to submit a Request Form through our website.

We will recommend the most suitable tutor to each parent. There is no obligation for them to accept the tutor if they are not satisfied.

Once they confirm their choice of tutor, we will schedule a date for the first lesson so you can meet your student!

You will receive a WhatsApp’s confirmation, or email, with the student’s or parent’s contact information.

If you need to reschedule the first lesson or provide additional details, feel free to contact the student or parent directly. Otherwise, no further action is needed.

Before the Lesson:

– Verify the student’s identity.
– Ensure that at least one adult is present during the lesson.
– If possible, conduct the lesson in an open area, especially if the student is of the opposite gender.

After the Lesson:

– Ask the student for feedback on the lesson to determine if it was effective.
